Summary:PURPOSE: A method for manufacturing fish scale collagen peptide is provided to produce collagen peptide which is easy to digest and absorb with same molecular weight. CONSTITUTION: A method for manufacturing a fish scale collagen peptide comprises a step of treating Bacillus licheniformis derived alkalase and Bacillus derived protamax together or sequencially to the fish scale. The hydrolysis comprises a step of treat Bacillus licheniformis derived alkalase to the fish scale as a first hydrolysis and a step of treating Bacillus derived protamax as a second hydrolysis.
