Summary:A method and an apparatus for processing a call in a computer and a telephony integration system are provided to implement efficient client consultation by rightly obtaining client information form a customer DB with a caller identifier. A first telephone(310) inputs a caller identifier of a receiving call, and the inputted caller identifier is matched with a receiver identifier of a first telephone. The matched Ids are stored in a matching table, and the received call is transferred from the first telephone to the second telephone(320). The caller identifier corresponding to the receiver identifier of the first telephone is read from the matching table, and the client information corresponding to the read caller identifier is extracted from the client database. The extracted client information is displayed on a screen.
