A waste decomposing apparatus is provided to decompose waste by including a compressing unit compressing waste contained inside a main body. A waste decomposing apparatus(A) comprises a main body(1), and a compressing unit(2). A main body is formed in a cylindrical container form and an upper cover is installed. An inlet hole is opened at the center of the upper cover to compress and insert a dropping rod(22) of a compressing unit and a guide tube is installed to support the dropping rod. The compressing unit comprises a plumb member, and an elevating unit(23). The plumb member is installed inside the main body and is contacted with waste and compresses waste downward. The elevating unit operates the plumb member.
