Abstract A multilayer information recording medium has a substrate having an inner circumference and an outer circumference. The substrate is provided with three or more information recording layers and a resin layer arranged between the information recording layers. In at least one combination of the adjacent two resin layers, the positions of the end portions of the resin layers on the inner circumference side are different from each other, and at least one end portion of the resin layer on the inner circumference side is covered with other resin layer.
