Summary: | A safety control system of a crane using a roller type load detection device is provided to improve the convenience by including a safety control device outputting an electric signal with a three steps relative to the loading rate. A safety control system of a crane using a roller type load detection device comprises: a boom length sensor(2) having both function of transmitting an overwinding signal of a wire rope(19) of a hook, measuring the extended length of a multi-boom(15); an overwinding switch(1) and an overwinding weight detecting the overwinding state of the wire rope; a roller type load detecting unit(3) with a signal transmission unit, amplifying and transmitting a minute voltage signal of a pin type load cell; and a safety controlling unit(7) outputting the electric signal monitoring, warning and limiting the task diagram from a maker at three steps according to the loading rate by comparing the computed actual load value and the proper load value. |
