A method for manufacturing tablet is provided to allow consumer to take easily active ingredients of green tea seed by forming a tablet through concentrating defatted meal. A method for manufacturing tablet using green tea seed extract comprises the steps of (i) washing, drying and pulverizing the collected green tea seed, and heating the pulverized seed at 100-110°C for 15 minutes; (ii) extracting the heated pulverized seed in a hydraulic press machine and extracting oil component; (iii) filtering the extracted seed oil through a filter, refining and keeping it in a bottle; (iv) performing hot water extraction of the pulverized degreasing foil at 100°C for 8 hours; (v) performing low temperature decompression concentration at 55°C so that the concentration of the solid of the hot water extract become 10 brix%; (vi) removing precipitate and fat-soluble component by centrifuging the concentrate; (vii) mixing dextrin as an excipient to the concentrate from which the fat-soluble component and insoluble component are removed; and (viii) mixing and silicic acid anhydrous 0.5% and magnesium stearate 0.5% with seed extract powder 99% and lubricant, and making the mixture in the form of tablet.
