Summary:A patch comprising a support, a pressure-sensitive adhesive layer formed on one face of the support and a liner having a thickness of T which is laminated on the pressure-sensitive adhesive layer, characterized in that the liner has a groove having a depth of T/2 or more but less than T measured from the surface in the opposite side to the lamination face of the pressure-sensitive adhesive layer, the groove has such a planar shape that the liner is divided into two or more sections by the groove, and the bending resistance of the liner before forming the groove is 50 mm or more.
