A femtocell operating system and a method thereof are provided to offer a wireless bridge function for sharing an Internet circuit provided from an ISP(Internet Service Provider), thereby reducing the OPEX(Operating expenditure). A femtocell operating system for sharing an Internet circuit provided from an ISP includes a master femtocell base station(100) and a slave femtocell base station(200). The master femtocell base station provides a mobile communication service which is provided through an Internet circuit, connected via a cable, from an exchange(300) to a corresponding coverage. Through the Internet circuit shared in the master femtocell base station, the slave femtocell base station provides the mobile communication service provided from the exchange to the corresponding coverage.
