The organic electro luminescence device includes layers arranged with a transparent substrate, anode layer, hole-transport layer, light-emitting layer, electron-transport layer and cathode layer in order. The anode layer and cathode layer form the electric circuit in contact with the respective external power supply. The light-emitting layer comprises a host material indicated as the chemical formulae.
