Abstract | A manufacturing method of the nickel containing molten metal which can improve the mobility of the slag by instead of using the aluminum oxide containing ore with fluorite is provided. Moreover, the method has the advantage recycling the slag. A manufacturing method of the nickel containing molten metal comprises as follows: a step for providing the nickel sinter ore it sinters bunsenite(S10); a step charging mixture including the nickel sinter ore, and the aluminum oxide containing ore and cokes in the shaft furnace(S20); a step for manufacturing the nickel containing molten metal and slag it records the hot air in the shaft furnace(S30); and a step for doing with iron tapping the nickel containing molten metal from the shaft furnace and slag(S40). The aluminum oxide containing ore is 1wt% or 25wt% of mixture. |
