A mobile speed measuring system for radio communication is provided to enhance efficiency of management by transmitting regulation data through wireless networks to store the regulation data in a server of a police agency. A mobile speed measuring system for radio communication includes a mobile speed measuring device, a communication server(200), and a wireless communication network. The mobile speed measuring device determines speeding vehicles, calls the communication server to transmit regulation data on the speeding vehicles, obtains an exact transmission time of data to be transmitted from the communication server, and transmits the regulation data to the communication server through the wireless communication network. The communication server receives and stores speeding data from the mobile speed measuring device, transmits messages to the mobile speed measuring device, and transmits a signal used for synchronizing date and time of corresponding mobile speed measuring device. The wireless communication network connects wirelessly between the mobile speed measuring device and the communication server.
