Abstract | A penetration preventer is provided to prevent an ink from penetrating into a printing medium even when the ink is inkjet-printed onto the printing medium having a hydrophilic porous surface. A penetration preventer is added to a solvent-based ink for inkjet. The solvent-based ink for inkjet contains a resin which is soluble in an organic solvent and is at least one selected from the group comprising rosin-based resin, (styrene)acryl resin, epoxy resin, polyester resin, modified or non-modified olefin resin, silicone resin, urethane resin, terpene resin, petroleum-based resin, polyamide resin, and cellulose, and at least one inorganic powder selected from the group comprising silica powder, alumina powder, titanium oxide powder, zinc oxide powder, carbon black powder, magnetite, hematite, beryllium titanate, magnesium titanate, calcium titanate, mica, clay, chrome oxide, magnesium oxide, calcium carbonate, and silicon carbide. |
