A cosmetic composition comprises mesoporous inorganic composite powder in which at least one metal element selected from titanium and zinc is substituted in its skeleton, containing at least one metallic oxide selected from cerium oxide(CeO2), iron oxide(Fe2O3), titanium oxide(TiO2) and zinc oxide(ZnO) and at least one organic UV-filter selected from cinnamate, salicylate, benzophenone, triazine and triazone in pores.
