A composition comprises 0.1-50 wt.% of extracts of complex crude drugs(misaengtang, MST) including Cyperus rotundus, talc(Mg3(OH)2Si4O10), Eupatorium lindleyanum, Angelica sinensis, Cnidium officinale, Paeonia japonica, Ledebouriella seseloides, Forsythia koreana, Mentha arvensis var. piperascens, Ephedra sinica, Rheum palmatum, Erigeron canadensis, Gypsum(GaSO42.H2O), Cinnamomum cassia, Platycodon grandiflorum, Scutellaria baicalensis, Atractylodes macrocephala, Gardenia jasminoides, Schizonepeta tenuifolia, Zingiber officinale and Glycyrrhiza uralensis, and is a pharmaceutical or a health food composition having a formulation of tablet, capsule, pill or solution.
