Summary:A disk apparatus is provided to restrict circumferential surface vibration generated in an optical disk, and to stabilize recording and reproducing of disks by arranging a plurality of compression points. A disk apparatus has a turn table for mounting a disk(2), a boss inserted in a center hole of the disk, a plurality of compression parts(11,24) placed on the boss to compress the disk. The compression parts have a plurality of compression points, where the interval between first compression points(23) of the first compression part and second compression points(25) of the second compression part different from the first compression part is an acute angle of 35° to 60° for the center angle of the disk.
