Abstract | A system for analyzing a surface color, and a method thereof are provided to reduce storing time required to obtain an image and to improve accuracy and reality for a skin color by increasing performance of a CCD(Charge Coupled Device) camera. A system for analyzing a surface(skin) color(10) comprises a surface image obtaining unit(100), a frame grabber(120), and a control computer(130). The surface image obtaining device is formed with an optical source(102), a tuning filter(104), a macro lens(103), and an image pickup camera to get source image data for an optional wavelength value for a surface of an inspected object. The frame grabber is connected with the image pickup camera to operate the image pickup camera and to store the source image data. The control computer is used to control operations of the turning filter and the frame grabber to obtain and store the source image data of a specific wavelength value. The control computer is used to synchronize the operations of the tuning filter and the frame grabber to obtain and store the source image data for the surface by plural wavelength and to provide an analyzed result by using the source image data. |
