Summary:A method for providing security for mobile communication messages and files through encryption is provided to solve a password management problem in using a symmetric secret key algorithm by decoding a plurality of user messages through a single password and to maximize the convenience of users by exchanging encoded messages with another user without exposing a password. A storage system in a message security service to safely protect user messages through encryption comprises user terminals(101), a service server(102), a database(104), and a message storage server(105). The user terminals(101) access the service server(102) through wire/wireless networks, create and transmit request information for user authentication, message list inquiries, message downloading, message transmission or message exchange, receive results, and execute message encoding and decoding. The service server(102), connected to the wire/wireless networks, receives the created user request information and executes the requests using the database(104) and the message storage server(105). The database(104) stores and manages user authentication information, public/private key information, and message and secret key information. The message storage server(105) stores and manages user messages using a file system.
