Summary:A nano-particle composition is provided to have moisturizing effect, sebum secretion controlling effect and skin dryness preventing effect as time goes on after the application, thereby providing elasticity to skin and maintaining make-up for a long period of time by adequate sebum secretion control. The nano-particle composition comprises 10-50 wt.% of perfluoropolyalkylether derivative, 5-20 wt.% of aloe gel, and the remaining amount of water. The composition further comprises 4.05-30 wt.% of a mixture consisting of 1-10 wt.% of poloxamer, 1-8 wt.% of glycerine, 1-5 wt.% of propylene glycol, 1-5 wt.% of 1,3-butylene glycol, and 0.05-0.20 wt.% of methyl paraben regarding the total composition.
