A body-fat measuring type refrigerator is provided to easily detect body index of a user including body fat at a door of the refrigerator and to judge healthy state of the user and management methods. A body-fat measuring type refrigerator comprises a main body(2) opened at the front side to have a freezing chamber and a refrigerating chamber inside and to have a refrigerating cycle inside to produce cold air so as to cool the freezing chamber and the refrigerating chamber; at least one refrigerator door(4a,4b) installed on the front side of the main body to be opened/closed; an input unit(10) installed on one side of the refrigerator door to convert into a body-fat measuring mode for analyzing body fat; at least one sensor(22a,22b,24a,24b) installed at the main body and the door to sense body index including body fat through electric current resistance of human body contacted on the sensor at the body-fat measuring mode; a microcomputer installed to be connected with the input unit and the sensor to analyze body index including body fat so as to judge healthy state and managing methods; and a display unit(40) installed on the outer side of the door to be connected with the microcomputer to show healthy state and managing methods judged by the microcomputer.
