Summary: | Provided is a method for manufacturing a flame-resistant core material based on polyester for an assembled panel structure, which has excellent flame resistance, makes it easy to carry out construction work, and is harmless to people. The vertical-type flame resistant core material based on polyester for an assembled panel structure is manufactured by a process comprising the steps of: a) cutting a polyester plate in a predetermined width to be rotated by 90deg. and erected vertically; b) dipping the cut polyester plate into a flame retardant solution to carry out a flame-retardant treatment, and then removing a residual flame retardant through up-down vibration and a roll pressing; c) drying the plate through a steam jet and hot convection; and continuously carrying out a RP process and a trimming process on the dried plate using a tip saw or a disc cutter. |
