PURPOSE: A ceramic package and a fabricating method thereof are provided to prevent a leakage and maintain a sealing state of an internal cavity thereof by interrupting a leak path. CONSTITUTION: A stacked structure includes a cavity for storing components and a plurality of ceramic layers having internal patterns. A lead is installed on an upper part of the cavity of the stacked structure in order to maintain a sealing state of the inside of the cavity. An external connection terminal(106) is formed on the outside of the stacked structure. A plurality of internal connection patterns(105,107,110) are connected electrically to the external connection terminal. An internal connection terminal(108) is connected partially or totally to the internal connection patterns and the components.
