PURPOSE: An anti-obeseness composition containing herb tea powder, coffee powder or green tea powder and anti-obeseness drink using the same are provided. The composition has improved anti-obeseness activity and improved taste and flavor, so that they are useful in health drink industry. CONSTITUTION: The anti-obeseness herb tea composition comprises 25 parts by weight of persimmon leaf powder, 20 parts by weight of buckwheat leaf powder, 20 parts by weight of Lycium Chinense(the fruit of Chinese matrimony vine) leaf powder, 30 parts by weight of chicory leaf powder and 5 parts by weight of one aroma selected from rosemary extract aroma, sage extract aroma and rose extract aroma, wherein the persimmon leaf powder, buckwheat leaf powder and Lycium Chinense leaf powder have particle size of 0.5 to 1.5 mm.
