Abstract | PURPOSE: A rotary compression molding machine is provided to easily change the specification from a production of a compressively formed product of one shape to a production of a compressively formed product of another shape. CONSTITUTION: A rotary compression molding machine contains a rotor(10), many upper pistons(20), many lower pistons(30), an upper piston pressurizing device(40), a guiding device(50) and a lower piston pressurizing device(60). The rotor is rotated by horizontally driving in the girth of a vertical rotating shaft. The upper pistons are arranged in the upper part of the rotor to be movable upward and downward. The lower pistons are arranged in the lower part of the rotor to be movable upward and downward. The upper piston pressurizing device moves the upper pistons by pushing downward. The guiding device guides the lower pistons. The lower piston pressurizing device moves the lower pistons by pushing upward. Thereby, compressively formed products of small quantity and various shapes are produced effectively and the waste of a formed material is effectively prevented without an additional member. |
