Abstract | PURPOSE: A ceramic tube used in a circulating radiant rube and its preparation method are provided, to obtain a ceramic tube having excellent mechanical properties by simple process. CONSTITUTION: The method comprises the steps of mixing a sintering auxiliary comprising alumina and yttria in the ratio of 8:2 to 6.5:3.5 by weight with silicon carbide; mixing the obtained mixture with a dispersant, a binder and a dispersion medium to prepare a slip; controlling the pH of slip; molding the slip to prepare a molded product; and sintering the molded product at a temperature of 1,800-1,850 deg.C under inert atmosphere. Preferably the ratio of silicon carbide and sintering auxiliary is 80-97 : 3-20 by weight; and the pH of slip is controlled to be 8.3-9.3.
본 발명은 순환형 라디안트 튜브에 사용되는 세라믹 튜브 및 그의 제조 방법에 관한 것으로서, 이 제조 방법은 알루미나 및 이트리아를 8 ; 2 내지 6.5 : 3.5의 중량비로 포함하는 소결 조제와 탄화 규소를 혼합하고; 상기 혼합물에 분산제, 결합제 및 분산매를 혼합하여 슬립을 제조하고; 상기 슬립의 pH를 조절하고; 조절된 pH를 갖는 슬립을 성형하여 성형체를 제조하고; 상기 성형체를 불활성 분위기에서 1800 내지 1850℃의 온도에서 소결하는 공정을 포함한다. 상기 제조 방법은 공정이 간단하고 기계적 특성이 우수한 세라믹 튜브를 제조할 수 있다. |
