Abstract | PURPOSE: Provided is an inorganic ceramic coating agent, which is non-toxic, inflammable and unfading, and has excellent adhesion to a surface of a concrete structure, CO2-barrier property and aeration property. CONSTITUTION: The inorganic ceramic coating agent comprises an inorganic ceramic based synthetic polymer and water in a mixing ratio of 1:1-2. The coating agent is used in a method for coating a structure(M) comprising the steps of: checking a structure(M) to be operated about the area and condition thereof; repairing the deteriorated and separated parts of the concrete(10) in the structure, removing the laitance, and washing the repaired parts of the concrete(10) with highly pressurized water; applying the inorganic ceramic coating agent(20) to the surface of the concrete(10); and curing the concrete structure at a suitable temperature for a suitable period, and finishing the surface.
본 발명은 무독성, 불연성 소재인 친환경성 무기질 세라믹으로서 콘크리트 구조물 표면에 코팅시 인체에 무해하며 내항균성, 내곰팡이성이 있는 재료인 무기질 세라믹 코팅제를 사용하여 콘크리트 구조물의 표면에 코팅하는 공법에 관한 것이다. 본 발명은 무기질 세라믹 합성고분자1 : 물 1∼2의 배합비로 구성되며, 시공 대상의 현장 여건을 확인하고, 시공 대상 구조물의 면적 및 상태를 점검하는 확인단계; 상기 시공 대상 구조물의 콘크리트 열화 및 박리부위를 보수함과 동시에 레이턴스를 제거하며, 보수된 콘크리트 부위를 고압수 세정기를 이용하여 청소하는 표면처리단계; 상기 콘크리트 단면보수 부위에 무기질 세라믹 합성고분자로 이루어진 코팅제를 적절하게 도포하는 표면도포단계; 상기 콘크리트 구조물을 적절한 온도 및 기간으로 양생하며, 그 구조물의 표면을 마감처리하는 양생 및 마감단계로 이루어짐을 특징으로 한다. |
