PURPOSE: A portable phone for providing fortune information is provided to install a fortune interpretation program, a physiognomy interpretation program, a palmistry interpretation program, etc., in the memory of a mobile phone or a PDA and to offer fortune information or an opening up method to the user through text signals, image signals or voice signals. CONSTITUTION: A processor(10), covering the overall process of a portable phone or camera, executes an interpretation process for an image parameter(2) or user information(1) encoded and inputted through an encoder(11). The processor(10) transfers the encoded data to an interpretation program(12). The interpretation program(12) searches for a database stored in a memory(13), based on the encoded data, and processes/analyzes the searched database. The processor(10) compares the analyzed contents with information necessary for output. The analysis-completed data are transferred to a decoder(14). The decoder(14) decodes the transferred data and outputs the decoded data to an output conversion module(15). The output conversion module(15) converts the data in a relevant output method.
