Summary:PURPOSE: A composition and kit for identification of non-fermentative gram negative bacteria are provided, thereby identifying bacteria in the spleen, and diagnosing diseases caused by bacteria. CONSTITUTION: A method for identifying non-fermentative gram negative bacteria comprises the steps of: (a) preparing suspension of a microorganism to be identified; (b) reacting the suspension with compositions for testing sugar oxidization, beta-galactosidase activity, gelatinase activity, esculin hydrolysis, organic acid alkalization, urease activity, arginine dihydrolase activity, hydrogen sulfate production reaction, fermentation, nitric acid reduction, and indol production; and (c) analyzing the results of reactions. A composition for identification of non-fermentative gram negative bacteria comprises NH4H2PO4, MgSO4 7H2O, KCl, yeast extract, casamino acid, polypeptone, trace undiluted urine solution, CaCl2, undiluted vitamin solution, ferric ammonium salt citrate, BTB and sugars, wherein the trace undiluted urine solution comprises sodium molybdate, boric acid, cobalt chloride, zinc sulfate, manganese chloride, sodium selenite, nickel chloride and CuCl2; and the undiluted vitamin solution comprises vitamin B12, biotin, folic acid, riboflavin, nicotinic acid, lipoic acid, ρ-aminobenzoic acid, thiamine, calcium DL-pantothenate and pyridoxine. 본 발명은 비발효 그람 음성균 동정용 조성물 및 그를 이용한 동정키트에 관한 것이다. 특히 본 발명은 미생물의 당 산화반응, 베타-갈락토시데이즈 활성, 젤라티네이즈 활성, 에스쿨린 가수분해 반응, 유기산 알칼리화 반응, 유레아제 활성, 알기닌 디하이드롤레이즈 활성, 하이드로겐 설페이트 생성반응, 발효여부, 질산 환원반응 및 인돌 생성반응을 한번에 검사하여 쉽고 간단하게 미생물을 동정할 수 있는 방법을 제공한다.
