PURPOSE: A door hinge structure of a portable compact disk player is provided to transmit a continuous external impact on outside without affecting a hinge unit, thereby preventing door shaking, damage, and separation as obtaining sufficient door open/shut performance. CONSTITUTION: A body(2) has a pickup unit for inserting a CD. A cover is coupled with the body, and is opened/shut. A hinge unit couples the cover with the body, and opens/shuts the cover. An elastic spring(8) coupled with the hinge unit elastically connects the body with the cover. The hinge unit comprises as follows. The first hinge bar(5) couples the cover with the body on one spot of the cover. The second hinge bar(6) couples the cover with the body on the other spot of the cover. A hinge bar connection member(7) couples the first hinge bar with the second hinge bar. 본 발명은 휴대용 CD 플레이어의 도어 힌지 구조를 개시한다. 본 발명에 따른 휴대용 CD 플레이어의 도어 힌지 구조는 덮개의 한 지점에서 상기 덮개를 몸체에 결합시키는 제1 힌지바, 상기 덮개의 다른 지점에서 상기 덮개를 상기 몸체에 결합시키는 제2 힌지바, 상기 제1 힌지바와 상기 제2 힌지바를 결합시키는 힌지바연결부재 및 상기 덮개를 개폐시키는 비틀림 코일 스프링을 포함한다. 제1 힌지바는 한 단부의 표면으로부터 내부까지 긴 홈을 가지고, 제2 힌지바와 일체로 형성된 힌지바 연결부재는 말단에 또는 중간에 압축 코일 스프링을 가지고 제1 힌지바의 긴 홈에 결합된다. 본 발명의 힌지 구조는 힌지 구조를 이루는 각 부품들의 확실한 체결 및 비틀림 코일 스프링 및 압축 코일 스프링의 탄성력 조합에 의한 완충력에 기인하여 지속적인 외부 충격을 힌지부에 누적시키지 않고 외부로 전달하여 소멸시킴으로써 도어의 흔들림, 파손, 이탈 등의 내구력 문제가 없으면서 충분한 도어 개폐 성능을 확보할 수 있다.
