Abstract PURPOSE: A method for granulating fine ironmaking byproducts by properly combination controlling mixing and granulating facilities in granulating fine ironmaking byproducts for recycling ironmaking byproducts in sintered ore manufacturing is provided. CONSTITUTION: In a method for granulating fine ironmaking byproducts comprising the processes of manufacturing fine byproducts for recycling fine ironmaking byproducts in sintered ore manufacturing into mini-pellet using high speed agitating mixer and pelletizer; and mixing and granulating other iron ore, subsidiary raw materials and fuel in first and second drum mixers, the method for granulating fine ironmaking byproducts comprises the process of charging the mini-pellet into a position of the second drum mixer corresponding to 30 to 60 seconds before discharging the other iron ore, subsidiary raw materials and fuel from ore discharge part of the second drum mixer, thereby mixing the mini-pellet with the other iron ore, subsidiary raw materials and fuel and granulating the mixture into grains so that the granulated grains are used as blending raw material for sintered ore manufacturing. 본 발명은 제철공정에서 발생하는 여러 가지 부산물을 소결광 제조에 재활용함에 있어서 소결시 발생하는 통기도 악화에 따른 소결 생산성 저하를 방지하기 위해 미분의 부산물을 혼합 및 조립방법에 관한 것이다. 제철 부산물을 소결광 제조에 재활용을 위한 미분의 부산물은 고속 교반믹서 및 펠릿타이저를 이용하여 미니펠릿으로 제조하고, 기타 철광석, 부원료 및 연료는 1차 및 2차 드럼믹서에서 혼합 조립하는데 있어서, 상기 미니펠릿을 2차 드럼믹서 배광부로 부터 배출되기 30∼60초전 위치에 장입하여 기타 철광석, 부원료 및 연료와 혼합, 조립하여 소결광 제조 배합원료로 사용할 수 있는 미분 제철 부산물에 대한 조립 방법을 제공한다.
