Abstract | PURPOSE: To provide an ultrasonic obstacle detector in which a sensor case and a cap can be easily integrated with one leaf spring and which can surely assembled and pixed to a bumper of a vehicle or the like. CONSTITUTION: The cap 30 is fitted to the sensor case 20 integrated with a sensor mount shell 21 to which an ultrasonic wave sensor 24 is fitted, a leaf spring 40 is fitted to the outside of the sensor case 20 to engage the leaf spring 40 with the cap 30 and the leaf spring 40 encloses both the sensor case 20 and the cap 30 to integrate them.
하나의 판스프링에 의해, 센서케이스와 캡을 쉽게 일체화할 수 있는 동시에, 차량의 범퍼등에 대한 조립고정기능을 발휘시킬 수가 있게 한다. 초음파센서(24)가 감착된 센서부착동부(21)를 일체로 갖는 센서케이스(20)에 캡(30)을 피감시키고 그 센서케이스(20)의 외측에 판스프링을 끼워서 이 판스프링 (40)을 캡(30)에 계합시켜 그 판스프링(40)으로 센서케이스(20)와 캡(30)의 양자를 끌어들여서 일체화 하였다. |
