Abstract | PURPOSE: Provided are a stabilization method of a nano-emulsion particle using tocopheryl derivatives which keep physiologically active components stable for a long time, and an external application for skin containing the stabilized nano-emulsion. CONSTITUTION: In the manufacturing of a nano-emulsion particle using lecithin, the stabilization method of the nano-emulsion particle is characterized by adding tocopheryl derivatives of the formula(I) in the amount of 0.01-10 times by the total weight of lecithin. In the formula(I), R1, R2 and R3 are H or a methyl group and at least one of them is a methyl group; and A is CH2-CH(CH3)- or CH=C(CH3)-. The nano-emulsion particle contains a physiologically active material.
본 발명은 레시틴을 유화제로 사용하여 제조하는 수 내지 수십 나노미터 크기의 유화입자를 하기 구조식(Ⅰ)의 토코페롤 유도체를 사용하여 안정화시키는 방법 및 이 나노유화입자를 함유하는 피부 외용제 조성물에 관한 것이다. (식중, R, R및 R는 H 또는 메틸기로서, R, R및 R중 적어도 하나는 메틸기이며, A는 CH-CH(CH)- 또는 CH=C(CH)- 이다.) 본 발명에 의해 안정화된 나노유화입자는 내부에 생리활성물질을 포집시킨 경우에는 생리활성물질의 안정성도 향상시키기 때문에, 내부에 포집되는 생리활성 유효성분의 종류에 따라, 항산화, 미백, 피부주름억제, 피부보습, 각질제거, 단백질합성 효과등의 효과가 우수한 외용제를 제공할 수 있다. |
