Summary: | PURPOSE: Provided is an effective synthetic method of a cytosine nucleoside compound from glycophosphate, cytosine or cytosine derivatives by using purine nucleoside phosphorylase. CONSTITUTION: A method for producing a cytosine compound from pentose-1- phosphate and cytosine or a cytosine derivative is characterized by using a nucleoside phosphorylase having reactivity to the cytosine or a microorganism having the enzymatic activity. Therefore, the cytosine nucleoside compound is effectively produced by specifically reducing degrading of activity the matrix or the product with almost no by-products.
본 발명은 시토신에 반응성을 나타내는 뉴클레오사이드 포스포릴라제 또는 이 효소 활성을 지닌 균을 사용하여 펜토스-1-인산과 시토신 또는 그의 유도체로부터 시토신 뉴클레오사이드 화합물을 제조하는 방법을 제공한다. 또한, 본 발명은 기질 또는 생성물의 분해 활성을 특이적으로 감소시켜 시토신 뉴클레오사이드 화합물을 효율적으로 제조하는 방법을 제공한다. 본 발명에 따르면, 시토신 뉴클레오사이드 화합물의 제조시 부산물이 거의 생성되지 않는다. |
