PURPOSE: A plasma processing apparatus is provided to reduce a time for a plasma process and improve productivity by loading a plurality of plasma processing objects within a short time. CONSTITUTION: A chamber(100) has a gas inlet hole(110) and a gas outlet hole(120). A support portion(200) is installed in a center part of the chamber(100). A plasma processing object(1) is loaded on an upper portion of the support portion(200). A radio frequency generator(300) is used for generating a radio frequency to the plasma processing object(1). A gas guide structure(400) is connected to the gas inlet hole(110). A loading cassette(500) is installed on the upper portion of the support portion(200) in order to load the plasma processing object. A gas inlet path is formed with a main gas inlet path(410) and a plurality of auxiliary gas inlet paths(420). A plurality of loading plates(510) is installed in an inside of the loading cassette(500). 본 발명은 플라즈마 처리 장치에 관한 것으로, 다수의 플라즈마 처리 대상물을 적재시킬 수 있는 적재카세트를 이용하여 플라즈마 처리 장치를 챔버의 지지대상에 적치시키고, 챔버의 가스유입구로 유입되는 가스가 상기 적재카세트의 적재된 플라즈마 처리 대상물에 개별적으로 또는 전체적으로 유입가능하도록 다수의 가스유입로가 형성된 가스안내구조체를 챔버 내부에 설치함으로써 유입되는 가스가 적재카세트에 적재된 플라즈마 처리 대상물로 균일하게 유입되면서 플라즈마 처리를 수행하도록 한 것이며, 이때 고주파를 발생시키는 전원장치도 플라즈마 처리 대상물에 대하여 각각 발생가능하도록 설치하거나, 또는 전체 플라즈마 처리 대상물에 대하여 대면적으로 발생하도록 설치한 것이다.
