Abstract | PURPOSE: To improve manufacturing efficiency while reducing a load for a manufacturing device. CONSTITUTION: A coated high tensile wire in which a preliminary coating inner layer and a preliminary coating outer layer are formed in the outer periphery of a high tensile body is obtained. An SZ spacer is manufactured by forming a spacer main body part in the outer periphery of the coated high tensile wire. In such a case, a mouth piece 10 of a rotating die, which is designed so that a value S1/S2 which is obtained by dividing a cross section area S1 of the formed spacer main body part (a value that the cross section area of the coated high tensile wire 4 is subtracted from the whole cross section area of the spacer) by a resin discharging actual cross section area S2 of the mouth piece used in the case of applying a spacer main body coating (a value that the cross section area of the coated high tensile wire 4 is subtracted from the opening area S of the mouth piece) becomes 1.7, is used.
(과제) 제조 장치의 부하를 경감시키면서 제조 효율을 향상시키는 것이다.
