PURPOSE: Provided are impact-resistant sandwich structural elements containing at least one solid thermosetting polyurethane layer and at least one polyurethane elastomer layer, a process for their preparation and the use of such sandwich structural elements in sanitary fittings, swimming pools, domestic refrigerators, wall panels, vehicles or furniture, in the construction industry, in waste-water technology or in coach-building. CONSTITUTION: The impact-resistant sandwich structural element comprises a plurality of layers arranged in the sequence of components which as follows: (a) an optional decorative hard surface layer; (b) a solid thermosetting polyurethane layer; (c) a crosslinked polyurethane elastomer layer; (d) an optional polyurethane foam layer; (e) a solid thermosetting polyurethane layer; and( f) an optional substrate, wherein each of them are bonded to its neighboring components. Its process for preparing comprises: applying the (b) to the (c) before the (b) has reached a non-tacky state; and applying the layer combination of at least (b) and (c) to the (e) before the layer combination of at least (b) and (c) has reached a non-tacky state. 본 발명은 하나 이상의 견고한(solid) 열경화성 폴리우레탄 층 및 하나 이상의 폴리우레탄 탄성체 층을 포함하는 내충격성 샌드위치 구조의 엘리먼트 및 그의 제조 방법을 개시한다. 상기 엘리먼트들은 위생 피팅(fitting), 수영장, 가정용 냉장고, 벽 패널(wall panel), 운송 수단 또는 가구를 제조하는 데, 건설업, 폐수 처리 기술 또는 코우치-빌딩(coach building)에서 유용하다.
