PURPOSE: An apparatus for inserting a microphone and a pressure compensation unit in a telephone clock are provided, which proves a water-resistance when the telephone goes underwater below a fixed depth of water. CONSTITUTION: A microphone is covered with a non-permeable film(5), and the first pressure compensation unit includes a hydrophobic disc(6), which is surrounded in the case communicating directly with an external of the telephone clock. The microphone and the first pressure compensation unit are arranged to be adjacent each other, and each film and disc are partially opened to a single chamber(7) opened out of the telephone clock through a long open aperture(8) comprised in the case.
