PURPOSE: A hair-coloring composition containing color permeation adjuvant is provided, which can permeate into the cortex of hair to effectively inhibit the fading of hair color. CONSTITUTION: The hair-coloring composition using oxidation tints contains 1 to 10.0% of the extract of oat protein as color permeation adjuvant, 2.0 to 25% of lipid alcohol, 0.5 to 20.0% of surfactant, 0.1 to 10.0% of oxidation tint intermediates and purified water. Wherein, the oat protein extract comprises oat extract, oat flour, oatmeal extract, oat protein and oat starch. The hair-coloring composition is produced by the steps of: melting lipid alcohol and surfactant at 75 to 85 deg. C; dissolving the oxidation tint intermediates in purified water; mixing and cooling to 50 to 60 deg. C; and adding oat protein extract into the mixture. 본 발명은 염료 침투증강제를 포함하는 모발염색제 조성물에 관한 것으로, 더욱 자세하게는 귀리단백추출물이 함유되어 있는 모발염색제 조성물에 관한 것이다. 본 발명의 목적은 종래의 모발 염색제에 귀리단백추출물울 사용하여 염료를 모피질(cortex) 내에 깊숙히 침투시킴으로서 염색된 모발의 퇴색을 방지하고 염색된 색상을 오래 유지하는 모발염색제 조성물을 제공하는데 있다. 본 발명의 모발염색제 조성물은 귀리단백추출물을 조성물 전체 중량 대비 0.1∼10.0%가 배양됨을 특징으로 한다.
