Abstract PURPOSE: A multilayered container is provided which is manufactured by the stretching blow molding of a preform which is obtained by the co-injection molding of a polyester resin and an EVOH resin, excellent in impact ply separation resistance even if an adhesive resin layer is provided and excellent in transparency, gas barrier properties and melt stability. CONSTITUTION: A co-injection stretching blow molded container is manufactured from a resin composition wherein particles of (b2) an ethylene/vinyl alcohol copolymer with an ethylene content of 35-48 mol% and a saponification value of 92-99% are dispersed in a matrix of (b1) an ethylene/vinyl alcohol copolymer with an ethylene content of 25-40 mol% and a saponification value of 99% or more. The resin composition has at least two crystal fusion peaks in a differential scanning calorimeter(DSC) and the difference between ethylene contents of b1 and b2 is 8-23 mol% and the difference between the saponification values of them is 1-8% and a compounding weight ratio is 60/40-90/10. 본 발명은 폴리에스테르 수지와 EVOH 수지를 공사출 성형하여 수득한 예비 성형체를 연신 취입 성형하여 제조되는 다층 용기에서 접착성 수지층을 갖지 않는다고 해도 충격 표층 박리 저항성이 우수하며 또한 투명성, 가스 차단성, 용융 안정성이 우수한 다층 용기에 관한 것이다. 본 발명은 열가소성 폴리에스테르층(a층) 및 2종류의 에틸렌-비닐알콜 공중합체(b1,b2)의 배합물로 이루어진 수지 조성물층(b층)으로 이루어지고 a층이 b층의 양면에 직접 접촉하도록 배치되어 이루어진 공사출 연신 취입 성형 용기에서 수지 조성물이 에틸렌 함유량 25 내지 40몰%, 검화도 99% 이상의 에틸렌-비닐알콜 공중합체(b1)의 매트릭스 중에 에틸렌 함유량 35 내지 48몰%, 검화도 92 내지 99%의 에틸렌-비닐알콜 공중합체(b2)의 입자가 분산된 분산 형태를 가지며 시차주사열량계(DSC)에서의 결정 융해 피크를 2이상 가지며 또한 b1과 b2의 에틸렌 함량의 차이가 8 내지 23몰%, 검화도의 차이가 1 내지 8%, 배합 중량비가 60/40 내지 90/10인 공사출 연신 취입 성형 용기를 제공한다.
