PURPOSE: A device for locking a guide rail is provided to prevent the force exercised on a rail of one side from being transferred to other rail when a vehicle is clashed by constituting a clip spring as an independent unit. CONSTITUTION: A locking device is composed of: a bracket(100) formed a connecting hole(110) having a fixing groove(111) at one side and formed plural grooves(130) and an insertion groove(120) at a rear part; a combination unit(200) forming a stopper(210) at an upper end of an end portion, a protrusion(240) to be inserted into the fixing groove(111) of the bracket(100), a stopper pin(241) at the other side of the protrusion(240), a protrusion(230) to be inserted into the groove(130) at a position corresponding to the groove(130) and the insertion groove(120) of the bracket(100), an inserter(220) inserted into the insertion groove(120), and a hanging slot(221) at the center of the inserter(220); a clip spring(300) formed a hole(310) at the end so the stopper pin(241) of the combination unit(200) as to be inserted; and finally a return spring(400) for combining the clip spring(300), the combination unit(200) and the bracket(100) by hanging one end over the hanging slot(221) of the combination unit(200) as inserting a void(410) at the stopper pin(241). Thereby the lock device of the guide rail of the vehicle is more strong without transferring the force added to a rail which a seat belt buckle is installed to the other side of rail when a vehicle is crashed. 본 발명은 자동차의 시트 가이드 레일 록장치에 관한 것으로서, 종래에는 결합부과 클립 스프링 및 브라켓의 결합은 시트의 양 레일에 각각 적용되는 록장치로서 록 해제 시스템은 클립 스프링의 조작에 따라 양 레일에서 동시에 작동되므로 차량 충돌시 시트벨트 버클이 장착되어 있는 쪽 레일에 가해지는 힘에 의해 시트가 비틀리면 클립 스프링이 타측 레일에 힘을 전달하여 양쪽 록장치 모두에 영향을 주게 되는 문제점이 있었다. 따라서 본 발명은 브라켓과 결합부과 클립스프링으로 구성된 시트 록해제 시스템에 있어서 상기 결합부과 클립스프링을 스프링을 이용하여 결합하므로 차량 충돌시 일측 가이드 레일에 가해진 힘이 타측 가이드 레일에 전달되지 않도록 하여 자동차의 시트 가이드 레일 록장치를 보다 견고히 할 수 있는 유용한 발명이다.
