PURPOSE: An automatic tire loading device is provided to automate the tire loading work performed manually by applying an automatic loading device. CONSTITUTION: An automatic tire loading device is composed of: a picking arm(32) to grip or release a tire transferred via a sorting cell conveyer system(50); a picking cylinder(31) to perform the grip and release of the picking arm; a transfer cylinder(21) connected to the picking cylinder to shift the picking cylinder forward and backward along a guide rail by using a roller unit(23); an elevator(40) upward and downward elevating and to firstly load the tires(T) transferred by being gripped by the picking arm; and a frame(10) embedding and supporting the components. 본 발명은 타이어용 자동적재장치에 관한 것으로, 자동분류 콘베이어시스템(50; sorting cell conveyor system)을 통해 이송된 타이어를 파지 및 해제하는 피킹아암(32)과, 이 피킹아암(32)의 파지 및 해제를 수행하는 피킹실린더(31)와, 이 피킹실린더(31)와 연결되어 피킹실린더(31)가 롤러부(23)를 매개로 가이드레일(22)을 따라 앞뒤로 이동하도록 하는 이송실린더(21) 와, 상기 피킹아암(32)에 의해 파지되어 이송된 타이어(T)를 일차적으로 적재하는 상하로 승강운동하는 승강대(40) 및, 상기 구성부들이 장착되고 지지되는 프레임(10)들로 구성되어 자동으로 완제품 타이어를 파렛트에 적재할 수 있도록 된 것이다.
