Abstract A method, device, and computer program for providing a demand-responsive mobility service based on a virtual stop are disclosed. According to one aspect of the present disclosure, as a method performed by a participant device of a demand-responsive mobility service, the method comprises the processes of: collecting location information and shape information of multiple public facilities and storing the information in a database; calculating the similarity between a subject detected from an image acquired from a camera and shape information stored in the database; determining whether the detected subject is a public facility based on the similarity; identifying location information corresponding to the detected subject among location information of multiple public facilities stored in the database; and overlaying a virtual stop structure on an image acquired from the camera and displaying it on a graphical user interface.
