Summary:The present invention relates to a snow plow to which an automatic snow plow pressing pressure is applied according to snowfall circumstances, wherein precision of a measurement value is improved by means of the differentiated technical realization of a snowfall surface distance measurement device which is installed at the rear surface of a snow plow plate such that the snowfall amount is more precisely detected. Therefore, the pressing pressure of the snow plow may be selectively adjusted in three stages: a strong stage, a middle stage, and a weak stage, thereby effectively performing a snow removal process. According to the snow plow of prior art, a sensor is installed on the column of the sensor, such that the sensor column is shaken by the vibration caused by the driving of the vehicle and the snow removal work, and vibration caused by wind power, thereby causing difficulties in precise measurement of the sensor. Because the ground surface and the sensor are remotely separated, delay and noise are caused in sensing, thereby causing problems in which precision of the sensor is deteriorated. To solve these problems, according to the present invention, a vibration reducing device, which is connected between a sensor enclosure and a mounting bracket installed at the rear surface of the snow plow plate, reduces vibration, wherein the sensor enclosure protects the sensor to perform precise measurement. 본 발명은 적설상황에 맞는 자동 제설기 누름압력을 적용한 제설기에 관한 것으로, 특히 제설판 후면에 설치된 적설면 거리측정장치의 차별화된 기술구현을 통해 측정값의 정확도를 개선하여 적설량을 보다 정확하게 감지한 후 이를 통해 제설기의 누름압력을 강·중·약의 3단계로 선택 조절하여 효과적으로 제설작업을 실시하는 신개념의 기술에 관한 것이다. 종래에 개시된 제설기는 센서 지주 위에 센서를 설치함에 따라 차량의 주행 및 제설작업에 따른 진동 및 풍력에 의한 진동으로 센서 지주 자체가 흔들려 센서의 정확한 측정이 어렵고, 지면과 센서의 거리가 멀어서 센싱에 딜레이 및 노이즈가 발생하며, 이로 인해 센서의 정확도가 떨어지는 문제점이 야기된다. 본 발명은 이러한 문제점을 일소하기 위한 방안으로 제설판의 후면에 설치된 장착브라켓 및 센서 함체의 사이에 연결 설치된 진동 감쇠장치가 진동을 감쇠함과 아울러 센서 함체는 센서를 보호하여 정확한 측정이 이루어질 수 있도록 하는 기술을 강구함을 특징으로 한다.
