Abstract | The present invention relates to a method for manufacturing a recycled polyester multifilament plied yarn insect screen. According to the present invention, a polyester fiber which has been commercialized and used is collected again, washed and melted. After a recycled fiber raw material is prepared, the same is put into an extruder. The recycled fiber raw material is melt-extruded to form a recycled polyester multifilament. The recycled polyester multifilament is combined and twisted to a certain fineness. A recycled polyester multifilament piled yarn is manufactured. A mange paper is manufactured using the recycled polyester multifilament plied yarn as a warp yarn and a weft yarn. An acrylic resin is coated on the surface of a mesh to stabilize a tissue. An objective of the present invention is to solve an environmental problem and an economic problem.
