The present invention relates to a multi-crushing mincer to crush food ingredients sequentially in the order of large, medium, and small sizes. More specifically, the multi-crushing mincer comprises: a housing including a hollow receiving space therein; a hopper unit supplying food ingredients; a discharge hole discharging the food ingredients; a driving unit disposed inside the housing and generating rotational power; a screen having one side connected to the driving unit and the other side connected to the discharge hole, disposed inside the housing, and rotatable to cut and grind the food ingredients; and a blade plate having a blade formed on a surface facing the screw to grind the food ingredients. The blade plate includes: a first blade plate including a plurality of first perforation grooves disposed between the discharge hole and the screw; a second blade plate disposed between the discharge hole and the first blade plate, and including a plurality of second perforation grooves having a smaller diameter than that of the first perforation groove; and a third blade plate disposed between the discharge hole and the second blade plate, and including a plurality of third perforation grooves having a smaller diameter than that of the second perforation groove. 본 발명은 다중 분쇄 민서기에 관한 것으로서, 보다 상세하게는 내부에 중공의 수용공간을 포함하는 하우징, 식재료를 공급하는 호퍼부, 식재료를 배출하는 배출공, 상기 하우징 내부에 배치되며, 회전 동력을 생성하는 구동부, 일측이 상기 구동부와 연결되고, 타측이 상기 배출공과 연결되며, 상기 하우징 내부에 배치되며, 식재료를 절단 및 분쇄할 수 있도록 회전 가능한 스크류 및 식재료를 분쇄할 수 있도록 스크류를 향하는 면에 칼날이 형성되는 칼날판을 포함하며, 상기 칼날판은 상기 배출공과 상기 스크류의 사이에 배치되는 복수개의 제1천공홈을 포함하는 제1칼날판, 상기 배출공과 상기 제1칼날판 사이에 배치되며, 상기 제1천공홈보다 작은 직경의 홈을 가지는 복수개의 제2천공홈을 포함하는 제2칼날판 및 상기 배출공과 상기 제2칼날판 사이에 배치되며, 상기 제2천공홈보다 작은 직경의 홈을 가지는 복수개의 제3천공홈을 포함하는 제3칼날판을 포함하는 다중 분쇄 민서기에 관한 것이다.
