The present invention relates to a golf course management system which is a cloud-based technology established to be able to expand to multiple golf courses. The golf course management system processes a series of procedures, for a client visiting a golf course to play outdoor golf, such as rounding reservation, bag drop, check in, changing clothes, cart use, rounding, settlement and check out, in a non-face-to-face manner by means of a cloud-based technical means. According to the present invention, the visiting client can play outdoor golf in a non-face-to-face manner. By managing a golf game in a non-face-to-face manner, the system not only increases client convenience and reduces operation cost, but also may lower the transmission risk of infectious diseases (for example, COVID-19). Further, by establishing the golf course management system in a cloud-based manner, the golf course can conveniently establish the system without having to build a separate autonomous infrastructure, and golfers using multiple golf courses can receive an integrated management service (for example, golf course reservation management, golf rounding management, and easy online payment). 본 발명은 여러 골프장에 확장 가능하도록 클라우드 기반으로 골프장 관리 시스템을 구성한 기술로서 골프장 내장 고객이 필드 골프를 즐기기 위한 라운딩 예약, 백드롭, 체크인, 환복, 카트 이용, 라운딩, 정상, 체크아웃 등의 일련의 과정을 클라우드 기반의 기술적 수단을 통해 비대면 상태로 처리하는 골프장 관리 시스템에 관한 것이다. 본 발명에 따르면 내장 고객이 비대면 방식으로 필드 골프를 즐길 수 있는 장점이 있다. 비대면으로 골프를 진행함에 따라 고객 편의를 증진하고 운영 비용을 낮출 뿐만 아니라 전염병(예: COVID-19)의 전파 위험을 낮출 수 있다. 또한, 클라우드 기반으로 골프장 관리 시스템을 구성함에 따라 골프장은 별도의 자체 인프라를 구축할 필요가 없어 시스템 구축이 간편하고 여러 골프장을 이용하는 골퍼들에게 통합 관리 서비스(예: 골프장 예약관리, 골프 라운딩 관리, 온라인 간편결제)를 제공할 수 있는 장점이 있다.
