Summary: | The present invention relates to a multifunctional modified urethane coating material and a lamination-type composite waterproofing construction method using the same and an impregnation-type polysheet material and, more specifically, to a multifunctional modified urethane coating material comprising: a superabsorbent resin for water expansion in a polyurethane composition; a moisture absorbent for absorbing moisture in a curing agent to prevent an NCO group of a main ingredient from reacting with moisture during reaction between the main ingredient and the curing agent; zinc powder and copper powder coated with an ionic dispersant to provide uniform root penetration resistance; and an antibacterial agent for preventing corrosion by bacterial invasion. Accordingly, the multifunctional modified urethane coating material is continuously applied to provide a combination of waterproof performance, root penetration resistance, and antibacterial performance in a normal state and make sure that the superabsorbent resin is swollen with water in the event of a leak to fill the fractured part or interfere with the flow of water, thereby maintaining the waterproof function. In addition, the present invention relates to a composite waterproofing construction method, wherein lower and upper parts of an impregnation-type polysheet material are impregnated with the composition to provide functions of waterproofing and root penetration resistance, thereby reducing the thickness of a portion to be constructed and simplifying a construction process to provide waterproofing and root penetration resistance.
본 발명은 다기능 변성우레탄 도막재, 이 다기능 변성우레탄 도막재와 함침형 폴리시트재를 이용한 적층형 복합방수 시공방법에 관한 것으로, 자세하게는 폴리우레탄 조성에 수팽창을 위한 고흡수성 수지와 경화제내의 수분을 흡착하여 주제, 경화제 반응시 주제의 NCO기가 수분과 반응하는 것을 막아주는 흡습제와 이온성 분산제로 코팅되어 균일한 방근 성능을 제공하는 아연분말 및 구리분말과 박테리아 침투에 의한 부식을 방지하는 항균제를 포함하여 제조됨으로써 평상시는 방수와 방근 및 항균 성능을 복합적으로 제공하고, 누수 발생시는 고흡수성 수지가 수팽창되어 파단부위를 메꾸거나 물의 흐름을 방해하여 방수기능을 유지할 수 있도록 조성되어 연속적으로 도포되어 시공되는 다기능 변성우레탄 도막재를 구비하고, 이 조성물을 함침형 폴리시트재 하부와 상부에 함침시키는 과정을 포함하여 방수 및 방근 시트 역할을 하도록 함으로써 시공부위 두께를 줄이면서 시공과정을 단순화하여 방수 및 방근 성능을 복합적으로 제공하는 복합방수 시공방법에 관한 것이다. |
