The present invention relates to a method for preparing a partially-foldable and partially-stretchable Korean traditional jacket with fabric woven with non-stretchable warp and weft yarns, which is characterized in that a Korean traditional jacket is prepared by including a foldable part (11a), a stretchable fabric part, and remaining fabric parts; the Korean traditional jacket includes a jacket body (11) and opposite-side sleeves (12, 13) each including a lining and an outer fabric connected to each other; when a pulling force is applied to the Korean traditional jacket in opposite directions due to movements of a wearer of the Korean traditional jacket and then released, the foldable part (11a) is disposed on a portion in the lining and outer fabric, to which the pulling force is applied, and folded so as to be opened and closed; the stretchable fabric part is stretched and contracted by being disposed on a portion in the lining and outer fabric, to which the force is applied; and the remaining fabric parts are the rest of the outer fabric and lining other than the foldable part (11a) and the stretchable fabric part and arranged in the same positions corresponding to the outer fabric and lining, respectively. The foldable part (11a), the stretchable fabric part, and the remaining fabric part are woven with warp yarns (14b) and weft yarns (14a) of the same non-stretchable material. In the stretchable fabric part, opposite vertex parts of a plurality of square meshes formed with the warp yarns (14b) and the weft yarns (14a) are arranged parallel to a direction toward which the force is applied. In the remaining fabric part, one of the warp yarns (14b) and the weft yarns (14a) is placed parallel to the direction toward which the force is applied, and the other one of the warp yarn (14b) and the weft yarn (14a) is placed perpendicular to the direction toward which the force is applied. 본 발명은 서로 연결된 겉감과 안감을 각각 포함하는 저고리 몸체(11)와 양측 소매(12, 13)를 포함하는 한복 저고리에서 한복 저고리 착용자의 움직임으로 인하여 상기 한복 저고리에 서로 반대되는 양측의 방향으로 잡아 당기는 힘이 가해졌다 해제될 때, 상기 겉감과 안감에서 상기 힘이 가해지는 부분에 배치되어 벌어졌다 오므러지도록 절첩된 절첩부(11a)와, 상기 겉감과 안감에서 상기 힘이 가해지는 부분에 배치되어 신축하는 신축 원단부와, 상기 겉감과 안감에서 상기 절첩부(11a)와 신축 원단부 이외의 나머지 부분으로서 상기 겉감과 안감에서 서로 대응되는 동일 위치에 배치되어 있는 나머지 원단부를 포함하게 제조하되 상기 절첩부(11a)와 신축 원단부와 나머지 원단부를 각각 동일한 무신축성 소재의 경사(14b)와 위사(14a)로 제직하고, 상기 신축 원단부는 상기 경사(14b)와 위사(14a)에 의해 형성되는 복수의 사각형 메시의 서로 마주보는 꼭지점 부분들을 상기 힘의 인가 방향과 평행하게 배치하며, 상기 나머지 원단부는 상기 경사(14b)와 위사(14a) 중 하나를 상기 힘이 가해지는 방향과 평행하게 배치하고 상기 경사(14b)와 위사(14a) 중 나머지 하나를 상기 힘이 가해지는 방향과 수직하게 배치하는 것을 특징으로 하는 무신축성 소재의 경사와 위사로 제직된 원단으로 부분적 절첩 및 부분적 신축성의 한복 저고리를 제조하는 한복 저고리의 제조방법에 관한 것이다.
