Abstract | The present invention relates to a cryogenic reciprocating pump with a structure for reducing external heat intrusion, wherein the problem of external heat being transmitted to cryogenic fluid due to a mechanical connection structure can be prevented, thereby minimizing the loss of the cryogenic fluid and supplying the same efficiently. The cryogenic reciprocating pump with a structure for reducing external heat intrusion according to the present invention, which pumps cryogenic fluid and supplies the same to the outside, comprises: a power part for providing rotating power; a drive part reciprocated in a straight line by the rotating power from the power part; a main body part having a fore-end thereof accommodated inside the rear end of the drive part; a supply part installed inside the main body part and compressing the cryogenic fluid while being reciprocated in a straight line by the drive part to supply the same; and a power transmission part for connecting the drive part and the supply part electromagnetically to generate an attractive force between the drive part and the supply part guiding the supply part to reciprocate in a straight line depending on the reciprocating rectilinear motion of the drive part.
본 발명은 외부의 열이 기계적인 연결 구조로 인해 극저온 유체로 전달되는 폐단을 방지하여 극저온 유체의 손실을 최소화하면서 효율적으로 공급할 수 있는 외부 열침입 저감 구조를 적용한 극저온 왕복동 펌프에 관한 것이다. 이러한 본 발명은 극저온 유체를 펌핑하여 외부로 공급하는 것으로서; 회전 동력을 제공하는 동력부; 상기 동력부로부터 회전 동력에 의해 직선 왕복 운동하는 구동부; 상기 구동부의 후단 내측에 선단이 수용되는 본체부; 상기 본체부의 내측에 설치되고 상기 구동부에 의해 직선 왕복 운동하면서 극저온 유체를 압축하여 공급하는 공급부; 및 상기 구동부와 상기 공급부를 전자기적으로 연결하여 상기 구동부와 상기 공급부의 사이에 인력을 발생시켜 상기 구동부의 직선 왕복 운동에 따라 상기 공급부가 직선 왕복 운동하도록 유도하는 동력전달부;로 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 외부 열침입 저감 구조를 적용한 극저온 왕복동 펌프를 기술적 요지로 한다. |
