Abstract The present invention relates to a heat island reduction facility for a roof of an eco-friendly apartment building, wherein the heat island reduction facility is installed on a roof of an apartment building to reduce a heat island. According to an embodiment of the present invention, the heat island reduction facility for a roof of an eco-friendly apartment building comprises: a vegetation mat building a vegetation environment and having a plurality of appearing holes formed therethrough; a pad support allowing the vegetation mat to be mounted thereon and having insertion holes formed therethrough at positions corresponding to the appearing holes; a base plate positioned on a lower portion of the pad support to be positioned on the floor of a roof of an apartment building, and having a supply flow path to which water is supplied from the outside; a post supply container protruding from the base plate to the appearing holes in accordance with the height of the pad support or inserted into the appearing holes to protrude from the appearing holes to supply water to the vegetation mat to lower a heat island in summer and to be inserted into the appearing holes to allow sunlight to enter between the pad support and the base plate in winter; an edge sealing member installed around the pad support and the base plate to seal and insulate the gap between the pad support and the base plate; and a support driving unit vertically moving the pad support from the base plate. The post supply container is formed as a transparent body to allow sunlight to enter the inside, and includes a filling space connected to the supply flow path to fill water therein, and a fine discharge hole finely discharging water filled in the filling space to supply water to the pad support on the upper circumference of the post supply container. 본 발명은 공동주택의 옥상에 설치되어 열섬을 저감하기 위한 친환경 공동주택 옥상의 열섬 저감 시설에 관한 것이다. 본 발명의 실시예에 따른 친환경 공동주택 옥상의 열섬 저감 시설은 식생이 가능한 환경을 조성하며 복수 개의 출몰공이 관통 형성되는 식생매트, 상기 식생매트가 안착되며 상기 출몰공과 대응되는 위치에 각각 삽입공이 관통형성되는 패드받침대, 상기 패드받침대의 하부에 위치하여 공동주택 옥상의 바닥에 위치하며, 외부에서 물이 공급되는 공급유로가 형성된 베이스플레이트, 상기 베이스플레이트에서 상기 패드받침대의 높낮이에 따라 상기 출몰공으로 돌출되거나, 상기 출몰공으로 삽입되어 여름철에는 상기 출몰공에서 돌출되어 열섬을 낮추기 위해 상기 식생매트로 물을 공급하고, 겨울철에는 상기 출몰공으로 삽입되어 상기 패드받침대와 상기 베이스플레이트의 사이로 태양광을 입사시키는 포스트공급통, 상기 패드받침대와 상기 베이스플레이트의 둘레에 설치되어 상기 패드받침대와 상기 베이스플레이트의 사이를 기밀하여 단열하는 단열공간을 형성하는 테두리기밀부재, 및 상기 베이스플레이트에서 상기 패드받침대를 상하로 이동시키는 받침대구동부를 포함하고, 상기 포스트공급통은 내부에 태양광이 입사되도록 투명체로 형성되며, 상기 공급유로와 연결되어 내부에 물이 충전되는 충전공간, 및 상기 포스트공급통의 상부 둘레에 상기 충전공간에 충전된 물을 미세하게 분출하여 상기 패드받침대로 공급하는 미세분출공을 포함한다.
