Abstract Disclosed are a satellite photographing mission rescheduling method using automatic ship identification information and a device thereof. According to an embodiment of the present invention, the satellite photographing mission rescheduling method using automatic ship identification information comprises the following steps of: collecting automatic identification system (AIS) information of a ship generated in a target area according to arrival of a photographing time for the target area according to a photographing mission plan set in a satellite; estimating a weather condition in the target area by analyzing the AIS information; and performing photographing mission rescheduling if it is determined that photographing by an optical camera (EO) is impossible under the estimated weather condition. 선박자동식별정보를 이용한 위성 촬영임무 재계획 방법 및 장치가 개시된다. 본 발명의 일실시예에 따른, 선박자동식별정보를 이용한 위성 촬영임무 재계획 방법은, 위성에 설정된 촬영임무 계획에 따른, 타깃영역에 대한 촬영시점의 도래에 따라, 상기 타깃영역에서 발생되는 선박의 AIS(Automatic Identification System) 정보를 수집하는 단계; 상기 AIS 정보를 분석하여, 상기 타깃영역에서의 기상상태를 추정하는 단계; 및 상기 추정된 기상상태 하에서, 광학카메라(EO)에 의한 촬영이 불가능하다 판단되면, 촬영임무 재계획을 수행하는 단계를 포함한다.
